I sometimes buy the grape frost isopure protein drinks and mix it with lemonade. It's better that way. I haven't tried the other isopure drinks. I also use unflavored protein powder and mix it with my regular foods.

I have had my band for almost 2 years. I have lost 113 lbs and have about 25 to go. I went from a size 18 to a size 4 now. The band isn't perfect and neither am I but it was worth it. -
If you are unemployed, would it possible to apply for medicaid and get them to cover it.

Menstruation After Surgery
Blaze21 replied to Manda87's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I got mine two days after my surgery and it was very heavy. The cramps were out of this world. Between the pain from the surgery and the cramps, I was doubled over for a few days. -
Congratulations and good luck on your journey.

The spreadsheet is locked. I can't get into it. -
I used to have a boxing set many years ago with a 70lb heavy bag. I used it daily and was able to tone up quite a bit and lose some weight. I bought a wii last year and sometimes do the boxing games on there, but it just isn't the same as hitting an actual heavy bag. I've been looking all over the internet for a set and the cheapest I've found was on walmart.com, but they're out of stock. So my question is, do you box for exercise and where did you get your set from?

I'm in. I will set my goal soon. -
Checking in.. I had a 1 cc unfill a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't take it anymore. I was dying to have a turkey sandwich. I've gone almost two years without one. Anyway, I had 1/2 cc put back in today and will go for another 1/4 cc in two weeks. I started working out consistently these last couple of weeks. I bought a boxing set and Bob Harper's new workout dvds. The dvds are pretty cool. I'm looking forward to reaching goal by the end of the year.
