I take Ambien as well and I have had no problems with it at all.

I cannot tolerate spicy foods anymore, but I was never told by my surgeon or nutritionist that spicy foods or spices were a no-no.

I just hooked my wii up today and played the wii sports boxing. I was sweating after only one round. The wii fit is on sale again at best buy this week. I may just get it.

I've been wearing a very baggy 16 jeans for a while. I decided to go to old navy last week because they had jeans on sale for $19. I got a size 14 and a size 12(for later on). I get home to try on the 14s and they fit a little loose. I decided to try on the 12s and they fit fine. I was so excited.

It happened to me when I weighed over 250lbs. My ob/gyn had to give me a hormone pill to induce my cycle. I've had normal periods since.

Bread(unless toasted, sometimes), pasta, haven't tried rice yet(never was a big rice eater pre-band). I don't eat most foods anyway because I'm a very picky eater.

I wasn't told either way, but I've used straws since having surgery and haven't had any issues.

The Y that I'm interested in joining will charge me $2 per visit for the first 18 visits, then my insurance will cover the rest of the program fee. They won't cover personal training though.

After searching for a personal trainer with not luck, I was thinking about joining my local ymca. I just found out that they offer personal training services. Their rates are $120 for 3 sessions, 6 for $240 + a free session, etc. I've worked with personal trainers in the past, with good results. Has anyone here used the ymca's personal training services?

My surgeon said 18-24 months depending on the individual.

I would definitely get a lift, maybe a reduction as well.

I don't have PCOS, but I do get horrible cramps, where I'm doubled over in pain. My doctor has prescribed tylenol with codeine. I didn't think it would work, but it actually does alleviate the pain.

I was told no more than 10 lbs for 2 weeks.

I wasn't allowed to do any crunches until I was at least 6 weeks out of surgery. I'm 7 months out now, and am still a little nervous about doing actual situps, although I have gotten the ok to do so. Definitely check with your surgeon beforehand.

I just bought the wii today, and I have to now find the wii fit.

I got "lapband for life" by dr. Ariel ortiz. It was geared toward lapband living before and after surgery. Great book.
