I'm glad to hear that the band is working properly for you. Good luck with the rest of your journey. -
Did you get a letter from your primary doctor? If not, you should. That may help as well.

I have a Magic Bullet. I bought it a few weeks before my surgery 2 1/2 years ago and I still use it to this day.

There's actually a little foot pedal cycler that goes under your desk. It mimics the moves of a bicycle. http://www.lifehacker.com/263136/under+the+desk-pedal-exerciser This article is older but I've seen them around $20.

Surgery was yesterday any advice for a 22 year old male?
Blaze21 replied to Mpower's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
lol To the OP, if you live off campus you may be able to control your food a little better than if you live on campus. I don't know what school you go to, but some schools are flexible with the type of meal plans they require and have flex dollars and all that type of stuff. I'm a commuter student but I eat at home. The campus meal plans at my school are very inflexible and the food options aren't that great. If you need more assistance, let us know. We will be happy to help you. Good luck with everything. -
That's cute lol. Congratulations! I had to get new glasses because mine were flying off of my face and finally broke.

Thank you!

Your menu sounds good. I need to get back into high protein. I've been eating a moderate amount of protein lately.

Can you share what kind of supplements are you taking after the surgery?
Blaze21 replied to carvey's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Where do you get your liquid calcium and liquid multi from? I've been looking and cant find them. -
It's a shame that some states are choosing to no longer cover this surgery under medicaid. North Carolina is such a beautiful state though. I love to visit.

OWN replaced Discovery Health in the US. I'm not feeling Oprah either but there are a couple of shows that I want to see on her network.

Around this time of the year, hsn and qvc run sales for exercise equipment. I've seen the lightweight powered treadmills , earlier this year, that are easily moved and store under the bed. They also do not require assembly. You just open the box and plug it in and you're off. They were reasonably priced as well.

Are any of you getting this new fitness game? It comes out tomorrow for the Wii, Xbox 360 and the PS3. It costs around $100. So far Target has the best offer for $100 with a $20 gift card back.
