I have Wii with the Active and Active More Workouts. The biggest loser dvds, a treadmill and an elliptical. Right now I'm using mainly the treadmill and some wii for strength training with the Active.

I have the EA Sports Active and the Active More Workouts. Both provide an excellent workout and have different levels from beginner to expert. -

Try reddi whip over cool whip. Cool whip has hydrogenated oil(trans fat).

I've been a 1% milk drinker for so many years. I've just made the switch to fat free milk and it has been a very easy adjustment. There is a slight difference in taste, but it was easy to get used to.

I don't have the wii fit, but I have both the active and active more workouts. The regular active is great. I haven't used the More workouts yet, but I look forward to it.

Although I've been obese since childhood, I didn't have medical coverage from the time I was 15 to 27. I got my surgery when I was 28. I had my new doctor write a letter to my insurance company explaining my medical history. See if your current pcp will write a letter to your insurance company, on your behalf. Have him/her explain your weight history and medical issues in the letter. Every little bit of information can help. Good luck! -
