Finally at 99 lbs lost. Still waiting for that forst 100. -
The EA sports active is cool. You can use it with or without the balance board. It comes with a ton of exercises with different levels of intensity. The resistance band that comes with it, is a little lightweight. You most likely will need to buy a resistance band with more resistance.

What does your routine entail now?

Blaze21 replied to bandster_1007's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I like them both, but lately I've been using my treadmill more than the elliptical. -
Congratulations on your weight loss.

I don't have keystone east now but I have keystone mercy. They are based on the same coverage. Your arthritis and herniated discs are considered co-morbidities, you should be ok. May I ask what doctor you are seeing. I see dr. Ramachandra in darby.

Middle finger you and good bye.

I'm talking about life experience. My life experience is very well beyond 29, so hop off.
-
I don't know anyone who would survive an hour in my shoes, much less lived my life the last 29 years.

I agree that you should switch doctors. I don't care if you only lost 2 lbs in 2 years. No one deserves to be put down and spoken to that way, especially, not by a doctor. You or your insurance or both, are paying him for his services and it doesn't sound like he's doing his job correctly. And congrats on your weight loss.

You obviously didn't understand the question.

Perhaps he needs a cut off date; a specific date, for when he needs to make his decision. -
What if you're 29 but have the life experience of a 60 year old, where do you post?

Thanks for sharing.
