Thank you. I am about to start a job in retail at Nordstrom. I have been trying to get my surgery date scheduled but now I am concerned that I will not be able to take off enough time.

Anyone have a job that requires being on feet all day? How long did you wait before returning to work?

Thanks everyone! I am just beginning with the research. I haven't had a consult with a surgeon yet. Kaiser denied me due to BMI, 37%. After everything I've read, I'm leaning toward the sleeve. My husband is doing his own research and thinks bypass would be a better option.

Did anyone else struggle with this decision?
