Before and After- 3.5 years out
Deleted Profile replied to erp's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
It to me a year to hit my goal of 140. Generally, I maintain at 135-140. I gain or lose weight based on my body goals at the time. This summer, I dieted down to 131-133 because I had my HS reunion and needed to get into that dress. How often do you work out? "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take." -

I hit one at 258 and I'm now at a stall at 216. You will hit Ayala from time to time but change up your exercise regimen a little. That's what gets me back on track. Good luck!!! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take." -

For hardcore workouts with weights 6 weeks. For cardio you can start slow after your doctor clears you. Thanks a million for the compliment!! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take." -

Also I am still not eating any "bad carbs". Some surgeons say after three months you can have brown rice etc. not m surgeon he said 6-8 months. I stick to my portions. I drink my Water (I've had troubles with this twice). I do walk run inside the gym and on the track 4-5 times a week. Sometimes twice a day! I stick to what was suggested by my surgeon and work my ass off in the gym. Now changing to circuit and weight training and still doing my cardio. I currently hit a stall (second one) so I'm a little frustrated but I have had amazing progress so I try not to beat myself up too much. "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take." -

Blue and grey romper I was 275. When I had my procedure I was 301 and I am now 201! My goal is 180. ???????? "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take." -
I've lost a total of 80 pounds and I'm so proud of myself. I didn't even realize how big my face was until a memory came up on my Facebook feed. 40 pounds away from my ultimate goal weight! "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."

Is anyone eating Protein pancakes? If so are you making them from scratch or purchasing? I found this brand online and want to try it. Any of you ever tried this brand? "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."
