This is exactly why I posted it. We are all focused on gym, cardio, eating right, Water intake, Protein etc.... Wanted us to focus on something that with all of our hard work we can enjoy. SHOPPING!!!! As we loose wait those GO TO stores will change and we will have s much bigger variety of places to choose from!! PS I think your legs will be fine. Sounds like the hormones stored in fat are dumping out quickly. That can happen. I had moments where I was craving chick flicks one moment and wanted to pound something the next. It was an odd roller coaster, akin to adolescence. It is actually normal. Hang on and don't make any life changing decisions I had two crying fits on day 2 and 3. So I had my post op appt today and from 3/10 to 3/24 I lost 11 pounds. Since surgery 3/24 to today I lost an additional 12 pounds. That is a total of 23 POUNDS!!! I beyond excited.... I am now on a purée diet and I have decided to start a weight loss blog called FATionista In the City. I'll let all of you know when I post my first blog post. I have a lot more weight to loose but man am I proud I'm on this journey. Sidebar: I made an amazing friend on this journey who had surgery the same date as I and while concluding my post op appt she was there to start her post op with a small gift for me. Had my surgery on 24th of March. Has been very challenging, mentally and physically draining! However I notice that each day it gets better. Any pointers? I'm keeping track of my Fluid intake, taking my Vitamins, using breathing thingy (forgot the name) LOL. Pre-op weight (prior to 2 week liquid diet): 298.6 Pre-op (right before surgery): 287.3 Goal Weight: 188.6

I drank 37 ounces today so far. Yesterday (2 days post op) I did horrible with fluids. "In the end we only regret the chances that we didn't take."

I have Tylenol with codeine prescribed to me but I only use it at night. You can take every 4 hours but I choose not too. I'm not big on meds. Pain is only when I initially stand, sit or turn to my side when on the couch. Haven't attempted to lay in the bed (I have a platform bed and it's low). Coughing definitely sucks because you feel everything. I am very tired that I will say. I'm also trying to get these fluids in because seeing my urine dark and feeling the slight tingle from it being so strong freaked me out a little. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I just realized who you were!!!! Hey my love..... I feel tired and sick of damn liquids. I noticed my urine was extremely dark when I went to the bathroom today (and it slightly burned) so I have to get some more liquids in. Will do. Cold feels like it gets stuck. I get this insane gas pain that last 3-5 seconds and goes away. I don't drink coffee but I'll have decaf tea. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
