I read and did alot of research before surgery so I feel I was prepared for everything, and yes the shoulder pain was terrible everything else has been a piece of cake, I am 12 days post op and was going to gym the day after I got home so I have recovered well so far no complications, no pain in fact I wouldn't even know I had the surgery if it wasn't for the fact that I am still on liquids only. I am now 2 days post op and started having nose bleeds so Dr told me to stop the blood thinner for two days, I am still sore but I got out and walked 30min today, but now I have a low grade fever and trying to decide if I should call the Dr about that or see if it goes down. Hello my name is deanna and my surgery date for getting sleeved in April 4th 2016 I am both nervous and excited and I start my pre op diet tomorrow so I am very worried about that long week, I am having my surgery at St Vincent East in Birmingham I haven't found a support group that is close enough for me to go to since I live in Haleyville if anyone here knows of one I would love the info please, also I would like to find someone near me who is going through the same thing maybe we could exchange kik or numbers to be weight loss buddies.
