Got my eval scheduled for August. Should have all accept 6 month supervised diet/nutritionist visits done by then, November/December Surgury date hopefully

I'm in same boat as you. I think that as long as at the end of the 6 months you are the same weight you'll be ok. Ask your Nut. I have to call mine to see about doing a call in weight as they are 2+ hours away and my local Dr dosnt seem to know what I'm even talking about. -
