I'm was always thin up until I had started having my babies then I had a hard time taking off the weight.  I was  active duty so the physical fitness aspect of it help me stay with a healthy weight range but I never got my slim figure back again.   I got  sick one day with a blood clot,  almost took My life it was March  2006.  A year later I was  medically Discharged.  Since then it seems I've gained  20lbs every year.  So I'm at a point in my life in totally uncomfortable with myself and just being in pain.  I know I'm putting my life at risk and I need to regain control back that's why I'm here today.
