I am finally having surgery on Wednesday. I had so many problems getting here that I won't go into, but i had my preop registration today so i guess its finally here. i've started a blog to talk about the process, really about my struggles with food my entire life. if anyone wants to check it out, here it is.:thumbup: Here Comes the Band! This makes me nervous. I don't think my doc does so many fills. Also, i thought we could only eat about 1/4 cup of food after banding? that's what my doc says. Here Comes the Band! My Lapband Journey

Yuck! Chew to liquid is disgusting! My goal is to try to live as normally as possible, eating a variety of foods, while maintaining a normal weight. I don't want to obsess on every aspect of eating, that's what got me here in the first place. I will take small bites and chew thoroughly. That should suffice!:thumbup: My lapband blog
