After my 1 month check up Dr said my weight loss stalled because I wasnt eating enough. I was eating three meals a day 3oz. Two Protein shakes. Now he wants me eating 3 meals a day more like 9 oz 3 oz protein 3 oz veg 3 oz fruit. Plus 3 Snacks per day. Cut down to one Protein shake. I can't eat this much food it hurts. Surgery Date was 7/18/16 I lost 20lbs on pre op diet Since surgery i dropped about 10lbs right away now I have increased my walking still on puree and only eating 3oz per meal with two Protein shakes per day. I seem to be only dropping 1lb about every three days is this normal? I thought I should be dropping it faster? Frustrating when i think I am doing everything right.
