As someone who already is starting the genetic downward slide to hair loss. I'm concerned that the success I had the last 2 years from taking propecia and rogaine will be washed away in a few short months. Those things stopped my hair loss in their tracts. Because my hair loss is male pattern baldness, once I lose a hair, it's most likely gone forever, so the idea that it will grow back in a few months doesn't excite me much. I would love to hear from you guys. Did anyone not have hair loss? For those that take the propecia(finesteride), rogaine combo. Did that help at all to keep what you had? I'm 5 days sleeved. My doctor said don't worry about Protein the first week, just stay hydrated with 65 oz a day. But protein does worry me a bit because I've done all I can to fight hair loss even before the surgery, and I know protein plays a major role. I thought I could get protein in, and I just can't yet. I'm barely hitting my 65, more like 50-60 a day. Did you guys go without protein the first few days. If not, on did you get it in. I tried the Isopure Water and I gag drinking it. It's nasty. My surgery is scheduled for April 14. I felt great leading up to this. But as soon as so got the date, I started having doubts. I've heard from many people that I'm not heavy enough for surgery. But my stats would disagree 5'9 270. But I also weight train. Even my cardiologist asked if I was completely sure that I wanted to do this, because of my general muscle tone. I carry most of my weight in my massive mid section. I'm all belly. Have any guys in my forum been at my weight and height range and had the surgery. I also have HBP, and sleep apnea. The other day I went out to buy a suit. Everything nice was made for skinny guys. I finally found a suit that fit and on the front of the suit was a big sticker that said " PORTLY".
