    Constipation after Gastric Sleeve

Ah yes, the constipation. Smooth Move Tea was the best for me. One cup in the evening and by morning, I was ready to go.

HOLIDAY CHALLENGE TIME!! LET'S DO THIS!

I forgot to post last week. OK, that's not entirely true. I was mad because I gained. I really wanted to hit that 150 but it's just not happening. 161 for last wednesday's weight in.
  6. I struggled with dizziness the first couple of months. My issue was blood pressure. I wasn't drinking enough water to keep my blood pressure up. I bought a blood pressure machine that I use when I feel dizzy to help monitor how I'm doing. If I get enough water during the day, I'm fine.

HOLIDAY CHALLENGE TIME!! LET'S DO THIS!

Started at 163... went up to 164... now at 160.4 160.4 I will take it! Woot! Side note, I adhered to my eating plan very strictly. Did have much wine and ate all my protein. It works when I do it right.

Wheeeeelp: 164. Not really the direction I wanted to go, especially when I saw a touch of the 161s earlier in the week but oh well. Goal: 150 Start: 163 11/22: 164

    Feeling hopeless

I was in the same depressive situation and my weightloss was about the same as yours at this point. That first month is glorious. You loose an incredible amount of weight and it feels so good. The rest of the months tend to slow down. You've lost 35 pounds. Go find some weights and try to lift that (actually don't do that unless you are exercise approved). Also, remember that loosing weight, especially fat, produces hormone responses. I too got horribly depressed right around the same time. Whenever I drop 4 or 5 pounds, I feel it again. Getting up and walking and exercising really helped me feel better. And it helps with the weightloss. I also went through a really sad period when I mourned food. I cried over not being able to eat the large amounts I wanted. It's OK to cycle through your feelings. It's normal and expected.

    Body measurements

I do my calves as well. At the gym they measure my shoulder width. That's actually gone down an inch. It would be hard to measure that by yourself though.

WHATS THE LONGEST STALL YOU'VE HAD???

Month 7 and I seem to be stuck at 164-165. It's been about 4 weeks now. I also seem to be eating more than I could before month 6. I also seem to be drinking more alcohol. Yeah. I know what I'm doing wrong. It's not so much a matter of being stuck as it a matter of I haven't followed the plan for a month. Time to get it back together. I have 25 pounds to reach my goal and I really want it badly.

    LET'S TACKLE FALL CHALLENGE

Popped back up a half pound to end at 165. That was my goal weight so I'm pretty dang happy.
