I hope I didn't give the impression before that I was being sneery toward Sharon. It's just that I didn't see her message until after I wrote mine. The "Dr." is only because of the subject matter.
Jane, everything I've ever seen about B12 or other B vits. (and I've never looked for any of them) says that they has no effect on energy. People who say they do probably are suggestible.

@wls - I saw a quack for a doctor for my weight about 6-7 years ago. His first plan was b12 shots (energy), testosterone (burn fat) and thyroid meds (underactive). About 2yrs later I was told my new Dr that testosterone was "0" and that Wellbutrin would help with some energy (nope) and that my thyroid though was never underactive. I saw him for about 2 years and finally found my bariatric surgeon, THANK GOD!

I had my surgery about the same time as you guys and I'm in soft solid food for 5 days because I couldn't stand anymore liquids of purée... And I'm doing really well. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

Hello, I use "Isopure zero carb" (creamy vanilla) and mix it with cold 1% milk. Two scoops Isopure and 8 Oz milk gives me 58 gram Protein in one haul. I use Isopure because of the high protein content. It might work for you to. Good luck. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
