ive been feeling good. i had regrets after the surgery "like what the hell did i do!" but im better now. i realized i tried so many rimes before to lose the weight that i couldnt actually do it on my own any more wothout the surgery. My engagement rings fits!!!! im unable to get all my water in and i have been free sipping. going ro the market today to get ready for purees for tomorrow,very excited about that. i quit pain meds on fri and havent smoked a cigarette since preop (yay!). the real problem is that im not sleepy at all im freaking wired even at bedtime. im wide awake. i havent had a good sleep only on the pain meds. anyone experience that. feeling good! surgery went well. keeping down liquids. only thing some pressure in the chest like ifood is stuck. but it has gotten better and of course tenderness at the belly. they may even let me go home this afternoon and start full liquids tomorrow. i hope everyone is doing well. hi everyone . My surgery date is for 8/30/16. Im nervous and excited. Im 5'1 pre op wt 207.. Im nervous because I kind of feel lost and or overwhelmed with the directions of shakes and food. I have some what of a good support system I have a few friends that saids go for it and a few others including family that just dont understand the struggle and think this is so extreme. Well anyways..Im glad for this forum. Any advice is always welcome. Good luck to everyone on their journey.
