My nutritionist told me 99% of us will experience a weight loss stall at the 3 week mark. Just to drink enough Water and try to get in my Protein. I too got some unflavored protein. So sick of the flavored shakes. I get to start soft foods Wednesday!!! So excited about that. I'm over puréed foods to the point I want to gag. I've lost 32 lbs as of this morning. I've been doing yogurt, refried Beans, soups, eggs, puddings. Doing good to get 40 oz of Fluid. I really need to work on that. I made some chicken in the crockpot and was able to eat a few bits with bbq sauce. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
