I have bcbs PPO and have been seeing my pulmonologist at U of C . As of January 2016, bcbs is not accepted and my visits are considered out of network. I had RNY in September 2015. My surgeon was Dr. Jeffry Rosen, Dr. Allen Mikhail, and Dr. Marin Marinov. My surgery was out out of Lutheran general in park ridge. They also operate out of Good Samaritan in downers grove.
