:cursing:just got out of hosp recently with blood clots in both lungs and one in my rt leg i am on oxygen and blood thinners now. i have a appt on tues with a new wt loss surg. i want to have the surg as soon as i can get cleared for it. i know that i am very lucky to be living as most people who have blood clots in there lungs die so now i know i am lucky for real

i am approved but not by the dr who i have been going to for over 6 months his staff has reallly given me a hard hard time almost from the very first day.i got with some friends who suggested another dr i consulted with him and he approved me i had lost all faith in my first dr just because of his staff they dont know how to deal with the public at all and they have been very demeaning to me from day 1 i have talked with a lot of people and they all agree with me the things that one of his staff said to me was well worse than terrible just to put it nicely on my part cause what i am at some point of time cant be repeated here anyway and i will not say here i just know that when u do evil to others or wrong others it will come back to u and it will haunt u too so beware you people

:sad_smile:today i got the news i have been approved for my lapband i am really excited cant believe it i at one time didnt think i would ever hear those words your approved it has been a long long battle for me the other surgeons office really gave me a hard time putting hurdles before me that no one in the world could jump over oh well i am glad i really dont have to deal with those chumps any more

kim i hope u are doing ok probably better than i am i am waiting impatiently for a letter or a phone call to let me know i have u all 3 notes from my drs all attest to the fact i am more than mentally stable ffor rhw the lapband procedure

i am beginning to believe that because i stood up for my self that the staff at the surgeons office is aqainest me having my surgery they have done every thing in their power to keep me from having the surgery even saying i am not mentally stable enough for the procedure i have received notes from all my drs saying i am mentally stable and a good candidate for the procedure personally i think all the surgeons staff has no training on dealing with people and they all are in the wrong line of work -
i just had a birthday i am now 62 i cant believe i am this age i have been wanting wt loss surgery forever i still dont have it i went to a wt loss surgeon and had all the evaluations and that is as far as i have gotten the wt loss ssurgeons staff is and has been from the very beginning been giving me a hard time i have had to jump thru hoops and more hoops every week it is something else i even paid them my money i am really agravated with them i have even asked and received notes from my drs stating that i am a good candidate for the lapband but the surgeons doesnt think.i am i am fighting them as i like the surgeon but his staff well that is a different story they dont even know how to relate to people and i hate that for the drs sake anyway that is my story hope to hear from u all soon

hello everyone still havent heard anything about a surgery date nothing from the surgeons office i am discouraged if only the drs office would call me

hello my name is carol and i am from monroe nc i am in the process for having the lapband but so far it has been a long process at one time i did feel like giving up but know that this is the best thing for me i have completed all the test and evaluations now i am just waiting for the surgeons office to get everything together and get it to the insurance for there approval prayers are requested so that i will soon get my lapband procedure
