I think if I could lose just 25 more I would be satisfied. SW: 284 CW: 193.2 I'm comfortably in a size 14 but I've been here before. I want to be comfortable in a size I've never seen as an adult. Good questions. The lowest weight I've been in my adult life is 180. So maybe 160-170. I'm 5'9", so that's a good weight for me. I have not been consistent with my workouts so that would be the first thing I do. Also, I've started back incorporating shakes in my diet. The extra Protein has really helped. This past month has been really slow for me. But in all honesty I haven't been adhering to the rules. I barely eat anything and when I do it's not always the healthiest.
