I had 2 epiphanies, one was at a family all white party... I thought I was white-hot, until I saw the pictures in a frame at another family members house... the other time was walking down my hallway in my house... My MD in Ohio per insurance made me follow supervised diet with dietician for 90 days... my wt loss yo-yo, there was no written policy that i had to loss a specific amount wt during the 90 day period.
