I need new underwear, but I refuse to buy any since my surgery is in less than 2 weeks!

I have really fought buying new underwear, even the cheap ones. I am spending more on replacing my underwear than I am my clothes! I spent $26 on 10 pairs of underwear at Walmart. Do you know how many pairs of jeans I can buy at Goodwill for $26?!

I read on here to make sure you have nice underwear on because at one point your pants will fall down
