      My doc wants us to take the chewables for 2-3 months, and it's only been 3 weeks for me. :(

      Talk to him about it, but they had me still take my metformin, which was not a chewable and all my other pills like regular, so why a Chewable vitamin? I took the chewables I had because they came free with my script B-12, but once I stopped taking that script b-12 (Iuse something else) I stopped taking them. If it comes down to not taking vitamins or using a vitamin you like, use a vitamin you like, but Flintstones don't have enough vitamins for an adult post op anyway. That isn't the best formula for an adult. Trader Joe's has a high potency chewable vitamin for adults.

      I'll have to disagree on your last point. Flintstones has more iron and zinc than any of the bariatric specific vitamins I found, and was specifically recommended by my surgeon. It's right there on par with any of the other vitamins.
