I'm 8 months out and down 84 pounds. It seems surprising that you are at the same weight for a month. Maybe reassess: getting all the Protein and Water in? Exercising? At 8 months out, I still do Protein shakes to make sure I get all the protein.
My hair didn't fall out until month 5. It's just handfuls in the shower. Not its growing back so I have little strands everywhere. It's just part of the package - it's better than being heavy. I also get all my Protein and take Biotin.
