Yesterday I drank more and ate more Protein and knocked off 2 lbs, thank God! Maybe I wasn't drinking enough and getting enough Proteins. I'm also having a hard time eating slowly and taking little sips, all those years of taking one bite after another. How much time does everyone take in between sips and bites? I'm also having a hard time knowing when I'm getting full. Has that happened to anyone? I don't think I'm overeating because I don't feel sick afterwards, it's just weird I really can't tell. I add unflavored Protein to everything that doesn't have or has very little, like applesauce. My NWT says that fine, it's a way to add protein. I bought a bag at GNC. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App

I really didn't get a diet to follow either, just a 1 week basic nothing on what else to have after the 1 week. Anyone have a site that gives choices, Protein content, recipes that we can look up? Or books? Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App
