I don't know if it's going to help because I have 5 billion stretch marks but I'm going to dry brush my entire body before the shower, use Jergens Skin Firming Toning Moisturizer (I've read good things from other sleevers about that lotion), workout, make sure I stay well hydrated, meet my daily Protein intake and take all my Vitamins. I'm on Optifast which is prescribed by my dr but there are many comparable shakes over the counter with high protein low carb/calorie. I've heard good things about Isopure.

My surgery date is April 12th, I'm on my 5th day of Optifast. Nothing outside of 5 shakes a day, no caffiene, and tons of Water. I wasn't nervous about having surgery until I had my date and now I am. Plus, I'm having my surgery in another city and I'm going alone because we have a toddler and it is just easier for everyone.
