I'm tired too. I run out of steam really easily. I think it has to do with what we are eating, it's not enough yet. I've heard our energy returns after 2-3 weeks. Can't wait to start stage 3 diet. I has sleeve Oct 5th. -

Thanks! I decided to call. He said it wasn't high enough to be concerned yet but I needed to take more deep breaths. Use that breathing thing from the hospital. -

Okay I'll try the acid reducer they gave me. If it helps, definitely. I think I'm getting enough fluids, trying anyway. Managed to get down 3/4 of a protein shake over almost 2 hours. -

Yes that must have been it. I actually went down 7 pounds overnight night just from getting the fluids out. 7 pounds! I'm still quite sore but I think the gas is mainly out. -

You probably gained weight in the hospital from all the fluids, swelling, gas, etc. so don't be disappointed in what the scale says. It's best to stay off of it for a few weeks. -

Catnose I thought I was hungry also but it wasn't hunger it was gas pains. After I've done lots of waking its getting better. -

On the losers bench! I'm not too bad. Gas pains smart somewhat. Walking every 2 hourz. Was done very late in day. Didn't get a room until 9:30 according to nurse. Groggy from pain meds. Staying an extra day. And I'm hungry! Sheesh! I thought that was supposed to go away. Maybe it's just extreme thirst. Hope everyone else is recovering well. -

And I'm up at 5:45 am. Maybe that means I can sleep better in hospital. Does walking really help the gas pains? T-minus 7 1/2 hours to surgery. Continued good luck everyone! -
