I have only lost 40 lbs in 5 months but I had a lower bmi so my dr is not worried too much about it. I do get disappointed sometimes but then I remember that if I lose 30 -40 more lbs, I will be at goal. My body just hangs on to those pounds and doesn't want to give them up.
