I had gastric bypass last May 25th. I did really well until I hit around 7 months I've noticed my stomach is stretching and I'm eating and drinking things I know I'm not allowed. Now I've gained 8-10 back and I'm so disappointed in myself. Is this normal? How do I get my pouch to shrink so I can continue losing weight to get to my goal. I've lost around 60 lbs but I still need to lost around 45 more lbs. I need some help on this.

You look amazing. How you avoid loose skin? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -
Its to early for any kind of exercise of any kind. You're body is still healing and you don't want to pull your sutures loose and have to put yourself through more pain and surgery perhaps. Listen to your doctor they know what's best and will put you on exercising as soon as they bill that you were able. How are you guys getting all your liquids and proteins in?!
deanieluv6 replied to jenc427's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was 7 weeks post-op yesterday. My diet allows no Snacks. 3 meals a day only 2 ounces each meal. I do premier shakes 2 a day, 60 grams of Protein each day. I'm trying very hard to get Water in anyway I can. Before surgery I drank it ice cold and fast, now it's hard to sip. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App -
