Sleeved on Monday. Gas pain is terrible!

I was sleeved on Monday. I weighed in at 227. This morning I'm at 221. I'm so excited that I'm finally losing weight considering I have hypothyroidism, PCOS and insulin resistance. However, I'm having terrible gas pains in my chest. I'm walking, following the diet, using a heating pad, rubbing my chest, and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions? I had surgery on Monday and wasn't hungry for a few days. Now I'm craving certain foods like tuna, chicken, etc. I'm only on the liquid portion of my diet. Is this normal to crave foods so soon after surgery? Sent from my SM-G920V using the BariatricPal App

I feel so much better to know that I'm not the only one although I feel bad that all of you are going through the same thing. I caved and ate something small. The dietician accused me of cheating. I really don't eat much and always tell people that yet I can't lose weight. I'm wondering if the surgery will really help me. How about you? Sleeve?
