So I sorted this out. Had to print multiple forms and deliver them to my different doctors. I have a requirement of 6 weights to be logged. 3 came in so 3 more to go. I explained to my PCP that I wish to have this done. She was supportive so I'll continue to see her. Looking then to have my last requirements met by end of July. Yay! Oh I know all about plantar fasciitis!!! Had it on both feet. Actually tore my ligament while having this. It takes about 6-12 months for it to go away. Went to see a foot doctor , tried meds, stretching. Nothing helped. The only thing that helped were these flip flops. My feet are fine today but I put theses flip flops on every day still. Just love them. Celebrate has a shake that has 25g of whey Protein, multi Vitamin, Calcium & Fiber all in 1. Has anyone tried this one? Is it better than taking separate Vitamins? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I've been reviewing the postings here. They really help. Thanks to all. I did the initial doctor visit. All other appointments needed will be done by the end of the month. The office said they will submit paperwork to insurance by the end of the month so I assume maybe early May? Not sure. Any thoughts? Excited but nervous too.
