I had mine October so only a month prior. I started 279. Now 156. I will say I been having it rough though I love dessert and notice I don't get dumping whatsoever and can eat whatever I want! Well I don't vomit thank god!! But yes it's horrible I have a friend can't even takes 3 bites of her meal and I look like wow that be 15 bites for me!! Ugh I need help. Ok I don't need any criticism just need some advice friendly advice. So I feel like I eat too much at one sitting but not for the whole day if that makes sense?? I had surgery Oct 7th. Lost 91 but been stuck for about a month. I feel like I eat more than a cup. How much do you guys eat and how many calories a day? Anyone have surgery around the time I did?
