Hi, I too have been on the Advantage protein shakes 3 x's daily and liquids only. I don't think I can do it. I have been so tempted to eat a 4 oz. piece of skinless, boneless, baked chicken breast. What harm could it do? I'm to be banded on 2/26/08. I am so unsatiated but not really hungry....HELP:sad_smile: -
Congrats!! I too have a surgery date for Feb. 26th. Got a question. Have any of you started the pre-surgery diet. I'm having a really tough time. I started the pre-op diet on yesterday and feel so hungry and lightheaded especially at night. What do I do?
