Hi, Bigguy and beenpohl! My husband and I were sleeved on Feb.25 and 29th too! We are both doing well. He has lost more than I have (40 and 30 lbs) but we are just plugging along, following our program. I was having the light-headed , clammy, ready to pass out feeling too, especially if I had a 30 gm smoothie first thing in the morning. It was terrible! I've starting drinking Water first thing when I wake up and having a greek yogurt for Breakfast. I save the smoothie for late morning and drink it slower than before. This seems to really help with the light-headed feeling. We are both REALLY tired, though. I keep waiting for this big energy boost and it doesn't seem to be happening yet. I think drinking more water may help with the tired feeling so I'm trying to work on that. Also, maybe we'll feel better when we're eating regular food?? My husband has starting drinking a half cup of coffee and it helps him. I know all of these annoying side-effects will eventually go away so keep at it!! Good luck!
