    Yes I exercise. I can't believe I am saying that seeing how exercise was pretty much a four letter word for me prior to my surgery. I am not an exercise fanatic, but i do try to do it at least 3-4 times a week. I am a big fan of Leslie Sansone. I have about 10 of her videos. She does the Walk Away the Pounds series. You pretty much do walking and variations of walking in your own home. When i first started I could not do her 1 mile (15 minutes) video without being out of breath. I was that out of shape. When I was doing my "hardcore" routine (lol), I would do her 5 mile (about an hour) about 4-5 times a week. Now I try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise (which is two miles) 3-4 times a week. The point is find something you like and do it at least 3-4 times a week. What works for me is the Leslsi sansone videos becasue you will get a good workout, but it is not like a bootcamp "work you til you fall out" thing.
