Yes I exercise. I can't believe I am saying that seeing how exercise was pretty much a four letter word for me prior to my surgery. I am not an exercise fanatic, but i do try to do it at least 3-4 times a week. I am a big fan of Leslie Sansone. I have about 10 of her videos. She does the Walk Away the Pounds series. You pretty much do walking and variations of walking in your own home. When i first started I could not do her 1 mile (15 minutes) video without being out of breath. I was that out of shape. When I was doing my "hardcore" routine (lol), I would do her 5 mile (about an hour) about 4-5 times a week. Now I try to do at least 30 minutes of exercise (which is two miles) 3-4 times a week. The point is find something you like and do it at least 3-4 times a week. What works for me is the Leslsi sansone videos becasue you will get a good workout, but it is not like a bootcamp "work you til you fall out" thing.

Thank you for the pic comment. I don't think my face has ever been called sleek before. That made me grin like the Cheshire cat. I smile a lot more in pics now than I have ever done in my life. The reason that I was not smiling that day was because I had just come in out of the Florida summer heat. That day was so bloody blazin' hot that I think my teeth would have melted if I managed to smile.

Thanks for the wonderful pic comment. Yes, they are collarbones. I woke up one day and was like, "When did I get these? Did the collarbone fairy stop by?" I was soooo excited. You will ge them too. Then you will find yourself frequently absentmindeldy touching them in fascination. Well that is what I *heard* anyway. ::Coughs and looks away innocently::

Congrats on finally getting banded!! You will be absolutely surprised at how fast you will start losing pounds. I am not going to lie...you are entering what I call the "hell foods phase". The liquid diet thing was the hardest for me, but you will make it through. You'll be at your goal before you know it. Feel free to message/email me if you need to. I love making new band buddies.
