I loved being in private practive. However, it was difficult to discuss pet obesity with my client when I was overweight myself. Note: Pets have the same obesity related illnesses as people do. -

Sigh. My iPhone is great, but it is TERRIBLE in poor lighting. The dress I am wearing is a beuriful dark purple, but my phone made it look black. I was a bridesmaid at a gorgeous wedding. I am about 200 lbs even in this photo. Still tryign to shake off 30-40 more lbs. -
Hello everyone: At my highest weight I wore a 26/28 in clothes, and a 9.5w -10w (sometimes 11 for the width) shoe. Now I am a 16/18 an I almost fell out when I realized I now wear a 8.5 shoe. People told me that you feet shrink once you lose weight. Of course I did not believe them. I am noping that my hard-headedness will shrink also.

Before criticizing someone, walk a mile in their shows. That way when you do criticize them, you'll be a mile away and have their shoes.

Yes, the name is as it implies. The Rattlensame Roundup is an event that happens annualy. It is like a small fair, (rides, food, family, etc) but the focus is seriously about rounding up rattlesnakes. The rattlesnakes are then milked for their venom. Thn venom is taken to labs to make anti-venom for hospitals. If anyone is wondering, fried rattlesnake does not upset my band at all. (Yes, I did eat some for the experience of it). Why am I dressed as a Thundercat? One, I loved that cartoon when I was younger. Two, it was cold as a polar bear's ass that morning and that is a long sleeved, layered, shirt. Three, i figured that if the unthinkable happened..ie me..rattlesnake..unwanted encounter (you can fill in the blanks), it would be easy to spot a short black lady with a HUGE RED symbol on her shirt. -

Me 2/25/12 in a size 16 bridesmaid dress. I started my band journey in February 2008 at a size 26/28. I am still fantastically amazed when I can fit in anything smaller than a size 20..because I honestly thought that was the smallest that I'd ever reach with my band. Each time I fit into a size 16 I still expect the pants/dress/skirt whatever to not make it past my hips or just not fit at all. I am not quite done yet, but I am still in awe at how far me, my band, and all of my Lapband friends have brought me. -

Look, Mr. Ben & Jerry, I am *not* that type of girl anymore. I don't care how delicious your propositions are, you are not coming home with me tonight. The relationship that we had was unhealthy and I have moved on. I'm leaving now because I don't want to cause a scene. (Lol. I had a public fall-out with Ben & Jerry icecream in Walmart today.)

Old Way of Thinking: I hate exercise because I hate to sweat. New way of thinking: I don't sweat. I form "condensation". When the hotness radiating from my sexy self encounters the much colder air of the room condensation forms on my skin. It's simple science look it up. (it's all about how you look at things people. This year I have to change how I view myself and my excuses.)
