  1. Monday I will be 7 weeks out. I started at 26lbs on 2/29 (surgery date). I have been at a stall since my last doc appt on 3/24....only losing like 3 lbs since. I have called my doc and they said we will talk at my next appt on 4/28. I am REALLY getting frustrated as we all know what we have sacrificed for this surgery. I am eating clean, working out 30 mins as directed by the doc and drinking Water. I don't know what I am doing wrong?? Any help would be great!! Please.....VERY upset!! fiber supplements?

There shouldn't be side effects to fiber meds. In and out. Stuff miralax does not stay in your system in and out. I feel your pain as I can relate! Even taking stuff still having problems. Sent from my SCH-I545 using the BariatricPal App

    Just finished surgery yesterday

First few days are the roughest. Gas was the worst.....walk walk walk. Even at home try to walk around the house outside inside whatever walk! Also I had horrible gas pain in my left shoulder one night. Was told from experienced couple of sleevers to lay on left shoulder no matter which shoulder it's in....it works! The firsts are scary, light vomitting. I the hospital I felt it coming like 3am.....I was out of surgery at 18 hrs before.....thought I was good. Mouth watering.....I was pushing the nurse like crazy thinking dear God this is gonna hurt! Really I was fine! After that for maybe 3 days I threw up about every 6 to 8 hrs. But day 4 NOTHING like it never happened. Be patient and it takes time. I was sleeved 2/29 and everyday I learn.....you will too. Follow doctors rules because everyone is different! You got this!
