So I'm 3 days out and feeling trapped. I have this excruciating pain on my left side that's so bad I can't sit-up all the way without holding that's side. Once this pass I think all will be great. Anyone else dealing with this?? Sent from my 831C using the BariatricPal App

Good evening. In two hours it will officially be 10 day until my surgery. I'm so excited and nervous all at the same time.. peo-op diet going excellent. I am so sorry to hear about all of the complications all of you are going through. I feel like the medical team that did all of you guys surgery needs to answer for it because I feel like they did something wrong. So I went out of town this weekend and my phone was acting a fool and had to be master reset. I realized I had a message and checked it. Well it was my surgeon office telling me I was approved by my insurance and August 11th will start a new life for me. I sitting here nervous, happy, anxious, excited, and scared all at once... Good morning everyone. I was wondering if anyone nerves started getting to them before surgery? The closer I get the more anxiety I'm having. My official date is August 11. Just about a month out.. I'm not having second thoughts just very very very nervous. Not sure why or what to do. Any advice???[emoji16] [emoji16]

My doctor said 10lbs but I lost 30lbs. I don't think it's really a requirement but I think it's a test to see if you can stick to a diet... Sent from my 831C using the BariatricPal App -

Does anyone live in the Newport News, Hampton area who want to workout together? I want to have a pretty good work routine before I get the surgery so that after it would become second nature...
