  1. Had surgery on Feb 15. I've been to the docs every week and each week they say I need more calories and Protein. Also because I'm a man and that the scale doesn't read my weight loss accurately not sure what to make of my 30lbs weight loss ( haven't even stated excessive yet). I currently do two shakes with 40 - 60 grams of protein each day and eat up to 1900 calories a day as prescribed. Since my surgery I have only had 1 dumping experience which consisted of weakness and dizziness and feeling warm, it lasted a day. Besides that I haven't really had any gage to let me know if I'm eating to much. I try to restrict my self to portions recommended by the nutritionist. However I do feel concerned that I'm being asked to eat what I consider a lot but don't feel the restriction on consumption that normally comes with a Gastric Bypass. Any one else dealt with this or have advise. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
