I've been so worried about that too. I found that itworks wraps are totally amazing with tightening and toning skin, and an It works supplement called hair,Skin, and Nails. They have both been amazing!!! one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

    May 24 Surgery Day

Hey y'all. This journey has been, insanely crazy (in a good way). My weightless started really low. At least for what I thought it would be. I started jogging/walking about 3 weeks ago, and I've been so happy with the results. I have now lost 47 lbs from my weight right when I started my 10 day pre-op diet and 31.6 since surgery. It's been almost 2 months. I feel so energetic, and amazing!!! one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

Sorry, the BMI question was meant for ChooChi73. She was unhappy with her weight loss so far and I just wondered if maybe she started with a lower BMI so didn't lose the weight as quickly as somebody that maybe had a higher BMI. Sorry for any confusion Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App Sorry, I didn't realize that question was for me. No, my BMI was 46 on the day of surgery. My highest BMI was 48.5 one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I'm a little over 5 weeks post op. I have lost 20.2 lbs since surgery and 35.2 since pre-op diet. I feel like my weight loss is so slow compares to others. I am on soft foods, and can eat about 2 Oz at a time. I've already had 2 stalls. It's a little discouraging at times. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

Don't fret the 5 lbs...you still have a long span of losing. Do you feel so much better now that your pumped full of Fluid? Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App Yes! I feel great! I'm not getting tired anymore going up the stairs. I'm eating again and the hives are mostly gone. Also, I think I've begun I feel hunger. Like my stomach is about to growl, but it never does. It's weird.Yes, that is a weird feeling. I get that way too. I feel a lack of energy when it's time to eat. I wonder if it's a blood sugar thing. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I had a stall after about 1 weeks 2 days out, and before that I weighed everday. The stall lasted about a little less than 2 weeks. Now I only weigh myself once a week, otherwise I'd go crazy and be super depressed. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

Hi Sean... I'm with you!! I started phase 3 on Thursday. Since I can't have enough Protein with food. I drink my protein for breakfast. From 8am-12pm I sip my protein shake. 64 grams of protein and about 17 ounces of liquid. Then I begin my Water. I have the water throughout the day. I have something for lunch usually 4 ounces that I space out in an hour. So far these last 3 days I've had, mashed potatoes, yesterday, refried Beans and today I had cottage cheese. All three were about 6-8 tbsp. I don't know when I'm full yet because I don't know what it feels like. My brain wants to keep eating but I stop myself at 8 tbsp. For dinner I sip on some soup that I had already prepared during phase 2. This way, I have the full 64 oz of liquids AND my protein. It's so hard to decipher when I'm full because I don't feel it yet. But I do feel that I'm not hungry. I hope this helped a bit. I will be starting my phase 3 in a few days. Do you have to have the beans, eggs, or cottage cheese pureed? one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I don't start phase 3 for 5 more days. The list that they gave for when I do reach it though includes: hummus, refried Beans, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, beans, peas, eggs, chicken, tuna. Everything has to be pureed though. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I don't know if you have alread tried it or not, but I put 6 oz of lite apple juice into a 32 oz bottle and filled the rest with Water. I drank that the whole day yesterday and today I had a good BM. I've been so relaxed today after that. I was shocked that it worked since I only used 6 oz. It's worth a try, no?I'll definitely give it a try! Thanks one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

So I am 1 week 4 days out and have already hit a stall. I lost 12 lbs in 9 days, and now I've been the same weight for the past 3 days. I know it'll pass, I just didn't expect it so soon. Also am having a lot of pain on my right side, but I think that's due to not have a BM for two days. I took mirolax today and pooped a little. Hoping that it gets better. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I would keep your surgery weight as is. The reason you gained is because of the swelling and all of the fluids they pump into you. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

Nectar is the best! They have lots of flavors and they are fruity too. Even sweets. It's thin and goes down well. I had 64 grams today. Finally. Now I just need to finish my liquids to complete 64 ounces. Earlier I replied to Pup and have her a number she can call to get a sample pack for nectar. Maybe you should call too just to try it out. I'm sure you'll love it too What sweetner do they use in Nektar? I won't use anything with aspartame or sucralose. Just Stevia. If it has that, if be ecstatic! one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.

I haven't had cream of chicken, but I've had tomato and cream of broccoli. With both if them I diluted it with milk. They've settled well so far. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time. Thank you so much. I was able to have 4 oz of soup (took me two hours to finish it) The milk helped so much, and it added extra Protein. Thank you so much!So glad that it helped. My NUT Said everything has to be thinned out at this point. I had 2 oz of Greek yogurt thinned out with milk and added Protein powder for Breakfast. It took me 45 min to eat it, but it was delish and settled well. one step at a time, one sip at a time, one pound at a time.
