Hello In a couple of weeks I'll be 59 and I had my surgery 3/21/16 almost down 60 lbs it's been very slow everything you eat has Carbohydrate I trying, I don't eat bread or rice,potatoes or Pasta, I only eat my meats like (chicken, turkey, fish ) and my vegetables. I do drink my protein shake twice a day. I workout at least three times a week I follow the nutrition info everything has to be under 100 calories.
