That's who my surgeon is going to be. I have cancelled two times due to fears and other issues. Rescheduled for Sept now. So he's good huh? This needs to be one less of my worries?

I m scheduled Sept 20th. I have been scheduled twice before. First time I chickened out. Second time my orthopedic rehab Dr told me not to do it because of my pain issues I was working on. I rescheduled again. Weigh more now than before. Not sure how I will deal with the food issues but I need to do this. Need a healthier perspective on food portions and how to eat slower. Would love to be buddies.

I agree with you. It's my vice. I am home all the time since car accident left me unable to work. Quit smoking 12 years ago. My boredom and bad focus daily leaves me in a bad place to where I am now.

I am scheduled for Sept 20th at West Penn Pittsburgh Pa. I pushed it out till summer was over. Was offered July but will be away and moving son to college Aug. Anyways no one else scheduled Sept yet?

I am scheduled Sept 20. I scheduled far out cause of few things going on. My third time approved and first time I chickened out. Second my ortho rehab Dr didn't want me to do this. This time I just have to. I am so uncomfortable and scared for me. But scared and doubting my own capabilities. I so focus on food now.

I was always called my dads chubby little girl. Then when my mom was dying couple years ago in her medicated state made a remark about the thousands of pounds I need to lose. That was it for me. My mo Always defended me to my dad and would yell at him. I am 205lbs and 5"2. I am done with it all. My husband isn't happy I am doing this but it's for me. No one else. I have always tried to please everyone. My turn.. Do what u need to do for u. No one else will .

I have a scared spouse also and my surgery date is same as yours. I need to get under control with weight. I have several health issues and pre diabetes and high blood pressure sneaking up on me.
