I do the same as BDFletch...........and I use the ap..."LOSEIT" to log all my intake. Works well for me. I am down 28 lbs in 5 weeks. YAY. I must start an exercise program to move it along faster according to my Doc.
I don't know if i am full or empty. Slight discomfort in my stomach. I am starting week 5 and all is going well except this feeling. Does anyone else have this problem Protein and water intake is great
Mine was March 2nd. Lost 24 lbs immediately but nothing since. And I stay with the diet guide to the letter....60 - 70 gms Protein and 70+ ozs Water daily. Others seem to be losing steadily but.....not me. ANYONE ?????
