I was sleeved on jan 27th, 2016.I am extremely constipated ,that i feel it but nothing happens. well this morning it happened but what happen after bothers me .I thought i was going to passout,not sure if its from dehydration. please help

What can i take to keep me regular.I can not take the pain anymore.This morning i strained so much my back and legs are killing me. Next i went to work and suddenly was freezing and dizzy,light headed,could this be from not enough water.I was sleeved on jan 27th -
I just had lapband to sleeve done on jan 27th 2016 with dr Ahmad. im also in suffolk county.maybe you can give me pointers.
