Hello my name is Jessica I am 30yrs old, married with 3children and I live in Belleville Illinois. I have been trying to lose weight since I was 12yrs old, and nothing really has worked lose a few pounds here or there but not the results I wanted. I have severe asthma and Gerd no other Major health problems. I decided it was time to seek surgery for help in losing weight, before I developed Diabetes, high blood pressure...etc. I would love to see my children grow up and so its time for a Change. I have decided to go with the Gastric Bypass...I have seen the nutritionist done psych evaluation, physical therapist, and I also have to do a 6month supervised weight loss for my insurance company Molina( which my last visit will be in May) so I'm just hoping I get approved when my paperwork gets submitted....fingers crossed!!!
