Yeah, I miss my coffee too! Cooking has been very hard. We have 3 teenage boys and all the do is eat eat and eat.. Always in my kitchen! Lol... Plus we had my youngest's sons birthday party on Sunday and his cake has been staring at me! I threw that thing out last night. I have been tired and sluggish... Going to get out today! Think I need to be away from the kitchen for a while.. I will definitely get the SF Jello, I think it will help be tremendously. You are doing great, 4.2 #!!!! Two of my close friends used Dr Irgau and really liked him.. Ooohhh the Optifast, well today is day 3 and I am literally hanging on by a thread. I just got a call from my surgeons office saying that I need to write a letter to Federal bcbs saying why I think I need the sleeve surgery. And what I have done over past year to lose weight...
