with that big ole belly gone, I am making progress in my yoga/pilates stretching that astounds me. after 20+ years of using it to combat sciatic nerve pain this is very rewarding
I hope I reach that point some day! right now - my back still hurts from overextending something monday morning. It's better than yesterday but oi, I hadn't had lower back pain in months and really wishing I could take naproxen right now. Tylenol ain't doing a darn thingl.
