I'm done. it probably doesn't matter much in the long run anyway, and I've got enough Irish in me to come up with some good blarney. :-)

I used to call it, "The annual ambush" because no matter how stellar and employee you are, most bosses have to down-rate you on something to keep from having to give you a raise. It sucks. Just tell the truth and run.
